Jennifer Perrin is a seasoned in-house counsel with over a decade of experience navigating the intersection of law, technology, and business strategy. With a strong foundation in commercial agreements, SaaS and licensing transactions, and regulatory compliance, Jennifer has successfully advised Fortune 500 companies and high-growth tech firms alike.
Her legal career spans complex contract negotiations, telecom strategy, capital markets, and M&A due diligence. At Lumen Technologies, she led legal efforts on high-stakes transactions, bond offerings, and regulatory matters, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at CSI Technologies, where she managed enterprise-level implementations and negotiated mission-critical agreements across the tech landscape.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer gained valuable courtroom and pre-trial discovery experience as a corporate litigation associate at Hawash, Meade & Gaston, LLP. This litigation background enhances her ability to assess legal risk and craft contracts with a sharp eye for enforceability and dispute mitigation.
Jennifer holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and brings a unique blend of legal precision, business acumen, and a collaborative approach to every challenge.
